Welcome to Etchline. By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following terms, policies, and guidelines.

Orders & Production
All Etchline products are custom-made to order and produced in Galena, Ohio.
Because our products are customized specifically for each customer, production timelines may vary depending on order volume, material availability, custom requests, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
The production and shipping timelines provided on the website are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery dates.
Etchline is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather interruptions, lost packages caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer, customs delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
We currently ship within the United States only. International customers interested in custom projects may contact us directly for a custom quote.
Customization & Proofs
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information carefully before placing an order, including:
- Names
- Titles
- Phone numbers
- Social handles
- URLs and links
- Uploaded artwork and logos
- QR code information
- Google Business Profile information
Etchline may contact customers regarding artwork clarification, production questions, setup assistance, or design proofs before production.
Not all orders will automatically receive proofs unless deemed necessary by Etchline.
Delays in responding to proof requests or clarification emails may extend production timelines.
Etchline reserves the right to make minor adjustments to artwork, sizing, spacing, or layouts when necessary for engraving clarity, production quality, or product compatibility.
Very intricate details, thin lines, gradients, low-resolution files, or small text may not engrave exactly as displayed digitally.
By uploading artwork, customers confirm that they own the rights to, or have permission to use, the submitted logos, designs, trademarks, and content.
NFC Products & Link Setup
Etchline NFC products are designed to direct customers to digital destinations such as websites, booking links, social profiles, payment links, Google review pages, menus, and other online content.
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate destination links and maintaining their digital content.
Etchline is not responsible for broken links, removed websites, expired domains, deleted social profiles, third-party platform outages, or changes made after setup.
NFC functionality may vary depending on device compatibility, phone settings, operating systems, browser settings, or third-party applications.
Most modern smartphones support NFC functionality, but Etchline cannot guarantee compatibility with every device.
Etchline Connect
Etchline Connect is a separate digital subscription service and is not included with physical NFC product purchases unless otherwise stated.
Customers purchasing or activating Etchline Connect may receive separate onboarding instructions, setup communications, invoices, or subscription billing through third-party platforms.
Subscription fees, billing schedules, features, and availability may change over time.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in the removal, expiration, or interruption of Etchline Connect functionality.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because all Etchline products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom products once production has begun.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact Etchline within 7 days of delivery on our Contact Page or at aja@etchlinelaser.com with photos and order details.
Etchline reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, repair, partial refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
Minor variations in engraving, wood grain, acrylic appearance, material texture, finish, alignment, color tone, or handcrafted details are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Etchline is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses submitted by customers.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of Etchline’s control.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and contacting carriers regarding delivery issues when applicable.
Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality
Submit fraudulent information
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
Upload malicious files, spam, or harmful content
Etchline reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict website access at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, product photography, designs, copy, logos, layouts, and digital materials created by Etchline remain the intellectual property of Etchline unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, resale, or commercial use of Etchline content is prohibited.
